In France, a man has been filmed destroying iPhones and Mac computers in an Apple store in the city of Dijon.
Not surprisingly the man has now been arrested.
The man, who has not been identified, is seen wearing sunglasses and a white glove on his left hand whilst using a heavy metal ball to smash all the devices.
The images show the man smashing the ball down heavily on iPhones whilst the security alarm can be heard ringing in background.
He is then confronted by security staff with whom he has a brief scuffle and is then seen trying to run away.
According to Mashable, the French-speaking man, believed to be in his 30s, claimed he smashed up the shop as Apple had refused to give him a refund.
“Apple is a company that ‘violated’ European consumers’ rights. They refused to reimburse me, I told them: “Give me my money back”. They said no. So you know what’s happening? This is happening!” he yells [translated].
French media reports that there were “tens of thousands of Euros” worth of damage caused during the incident and the man was arrested shortly afterwards.
Apple has declined to comment on the incident but are said to working closely with French authorities who are looking into the footage, which has now been viewed more than 3.4 million times.
