Dealyze Plans to Launch Loyalty Program Available to All Businesses

Dealyze is launching an app that allows businesses to create their own loyalty programs. Much like Starbuck’s loyalty program, the service will offer mobile loyalty, but at a cheaper price than its competitors.

A company spokesperson notes that there are several alternatives, but Dealyze offers more functionality. Businesses will be able to brand their app with their logo and own color scheme through the app’s theme engine. This will allow businesses to expand brand awareness among customers.

Dealyze CEO, William Baron, explains that the app was built after a former employer asked him if it was possible to create a custom loyalty program. The co-founder worked on the project for 6 months before it was finished. The program was such a success that the local Cold Stone Creamery also purchased the loyalty program from Baron.

During initial testing phases, the program was used by 30 businesses and over 14,000 customers. With the loyalty program in place, a rise in 10 – 15% of revenue was seen for participating companies.

The system runs off of a secure, locked-down Android tablet. Customers will receive deals by SMS or email. The price for customer clicks to offers is $0.10. Pricing starts at $50 a month to use the Dealyze platform
