The latest flagship smartphone to be produce by Chinese manufacturer OnePlus, the OnePlus 3, will be unveiled in China later this month on 15 June.
The invite to the launch reveals little more than the date, time and a large “3” OnePlus revealed in its update on the Chinese version of its website.
The device is expected to include a metallic case, similar to an iPhone, a full HD screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 16 megapixel rear facing camera and an 8 megapixel “selfie” camera on the front.
One thing that will be a popular decision is the fact that the OnePlus 3 will not require an invitation to purchase, which used to be the case with previous OnePlus devices.
The original OnePlus was popular, so too was the OnePlus 2 but you may never have heard of them thanks to their policy of signing up for a registration, obtaining an invite from friend owning a OnePlus or hitting the Jackpot on a social media site.
This was a crazy inconvenience for a device that was designed to make life easier.
The device is expected to be available on Lazada and direct from the OnePlus site so expect a review of the OnePlus 3 on ThaiTech in the coming weeks.
