The upcoming iPhone 8 is expected to come with a glass back and a choice of three different colours and sizes – 4.7 inch, 5 inch and 5.5 inch.
This does not fit however with the experts from Apple Insider who firmly believe that the release of the middle sized phone is unlikely saying; “Apple would muddy its smartphone lineup by shoehorning a tweener model betwixt its two existing flagships”.
If the current designs for the device are to be believes the phone will be a “glass sandwich” with the front and rear casing being made from glass with the chassis incorporating the AMOLED display.
Depending on who you listen to, some observers believe that the iPhone 8 may actually be delayed with Apple releasing a second-generation SE, which will offer a smaller handset but with enhanced hardware.
It is little surprise that there are lots of rumours flying around after the hysteria connected to the still popular iPhone 7 that was only recently released.
It has been expected that Apple will release the iPhone in 2017 to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the release of the iPhone.
