The constant rumours surrounding the release of the new iPhone 7 intensified this week following a series leaked images that were posted on a website in China.
The images reveal not only the schematics for the device but also metal moulds that will be used in the manufacture of the phone.
It appears that the latest images confirm that the 5.5 inch iPhone 7 Plus (Pro) will be the only version to pack a dual rear camera.
The schematics also seem to confirm previous rumours that the iPhone 7 Plus will have an iPad-like Smart Connector on the back. The moulds appear to confirm that the 4.7 inch iPhone may have a single lens camera that is bigger than its predecessor.
Overall, it appears that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus seem to be extremely similar to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s as had been suggested in previous rumours.
Earlier today, other reports claimed that the iPhone 7 will be able to fit inside the case of the iPhone 6 and 6s.
Speculation also suggests that production of the device has already begun, which could explain why so many images have been leaked of the device already.

Some of the other leaks that have appeared recently included a questionable 4.7 inch iPhone 7 rear case as well as one showing a metal shell that seemed to confirm previous speculation.
More recently, images showing the iPhone 7 Plus’ dual rear camera and purported 256GB flash storage option have also come to light.
As we are expecting to have to wait until September for the devices to be officially unveiled and released we can prepare ourselves for plenty more rumours in the meantime.
