Motorola has just released a new, updated Moto Hint, with some rather nice improvements to the Bluetooth headset that was first introduced last year. It’s fairly similar to last year’s, that most people won’t even notice, but take a closer look and you’ll see it’s actually a decent upgrade.
New Moto Hint available soon
The original Moto Hint had a design in which the earpiece curved into the ear, though the new model has an earpiece that looks like a typical headphone earbud. Motorola claims this gives improved fit and enhanced audio.
The packaging claims that the Moto Hint now has an improved battery life of 70% compared with last year’s which claimed 10 hours of battery. That means 17 hours should be possible with the new one. It also uses something called “crystal talk noise and wind cancelling technology” and has Bluetooth 3.0.
The new product doesn’t yet appear on the Motorola website, so if you’re in the market for a new Bluetooth headset, check back in a couple of days. The old model retailed for around $150, so it’s likely the latest Moto Hint will be around the same price.
