New flagship OnePlus Two smartphone specs outed

OnePlus has been attempting to develop its latest flagship smartphone in secret, just like all the other phone companies out there. But it’s not easy especially when testing those phones in the real world leaves all kinds of clues on the Internet. Benchmarking tests have revealed some details about the OnePlus Two several days ago, and now there’s a fresh set of information to examine…

“OnePlus Two” flagship phone specs leak

Chinese website Ludashi apparently has gotten hold of the new specs, which suggest a device codenamed the A2003, with a 1,920 x 1,080 pixel full HD screen, with 3 GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 CPU to make sure everything runs as smooth as butter.

The internal specs are pretty much the same spec as earlier leaks on the Internet, but the screen resolution is fresh information. It’s another part of the puzzle while we’re waiting for OnePlus to make an official announcement of the new flagship smartphone.

The benchmarks that were leaked also show that the phone likely has a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel one on the front. That’s perhaps a lower resolution on the front than expected based on previous rumours, however.

The tech press seems to have high hopes for the OnePlus Two device, after the positive reception of the OnePlus One, which is a very high quality smartphone that’s available at a reasonable price.

In summary then, at least officially we don’t have anything new except knowing that the phone is definitely on the way. A late 2015 release date has been widely suggested however, so there’s still at least several months to wait…
