Gangnam Style by South Korean pop star Psy is no longer the most played video on YouTube.
The song and its viral music video, which got the whole world dancing 2012, has been overtaken by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s See You Again, ending a five year dominance for the Korean star.
The Gangnam Style video on YouTube has been played more than 2 billion times but on Tuesday was overtaken by the American duo’s single which was released in 2015.
See You Again has around 1.5 million more YouTube views than Gangnam Style, meaning it now breaks the record for the most played video with just 2.9 billion views at the time of writing.
See You Again featured on the soundtrack for the 2015 movie Furious 7, which is part of the Fast and Furious franchise.
