HTC will start taking pre-orders online for its One M9 next-gen phone on Friday, March 27. The phone will launch in stores on April 10.
HTC’s newest handset features a full metal body design that’s scratch resistant and available in two colors: silver and gray. An unlocked version of the phone will be available for order at 12:01 AM ET Friday for $649.
The One M9 will also be available through AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint. Best Buy, Amazon, Costco and Target will also sell the smartphone in stores.
Through AT&T, you can purchase the 32GB phone for $199.99 with a two year contract, or $708.99 without a contract. Monthly payment options are also available. Pre-orders through AT&T will also begin on Friday and will arrive on April 10. T-Mobile’s pre-orders won’t start until 6 AM tomorrow.
Thus far, there has been no word on whether or not Sprint and Verizon will offer pre-orders.
The One M9 will run the latest version of Android (5.0.2 Lollipop), and will feature the Qaulcomm Snapdragon 810 as well as the HTC Sense 7. The phone will come with 2TB of storage, a microSD slot and Dolby Audio for a surround-sound experience.
The One M9 also has an increased battery size, so you can enjoy videos, music and games much longer.
