With CES 2015 just a week away, some of the worlds most popular tech brands have started teasing fans with some of the stuff we can expect to see at this years event.
Yesterday, LG showed its new G4 phablet which if the rumours are to be believed will include a stylus pen similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Today, it’s HTC’s turn to tease fans with what is believed the latest smartphone from its popular Desire range, according to a post made on HTC’s Weibo account.
The post confirms HTC’s attendance at CES 2015, where, according to the tech rumour site Upleaks, the company will be releasing a smartphone codenamed the HTC A52. The phone is rumoured to include 13 megapixel front facing camera, with a 4 megapixel camera on the back.
The HTC A52 is said to come in a wide array of different colours and offer dual sim support for markets including Singapore, India Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong. We’d expect Thailand to be included in that list also but no official word on this yet.
There is also no information at present on the size of the phone or any details regarding its processor. The only other information we have is that there will be both 16 and 32GB versions.
If the HTC A52, which is already being dubbed as a ‘selfie phone’, is indeed made for users who take selfies in mind, you’d expect the device to have at least a 5 inch display, if not bigger.
We’ll hopefully bring you more news on the HTC A52 after its appearance at CES 2015 next week.
