Having only previously been available to pre-order the Galaxy S8 and S8+ are now on general sale in Thailand with prices starting at 27,900 baht for the S8 and 30,900 baht for S8+.
The new Samsung Galaxy S8 series are the first from Samsung since its disastrous Note 7 model which had to be recalled after some models caught fire.
However, according to Samsung, the Galaxy S8 is set to be the firm’s most successful phone to date, with sales on track to beat its predecessor, the Galaxy S7.
