The Saygus V2 smartphone, which has been labelled as the world’s first ‘superphone’, is now available for pre-order.
The Saygus V2 (pronounced “V-squared”) grabbed the attention of the tech media and smartphone enthusiasts when it was launched at CES 2015.
The phone boasts some hugely impressive specs and on paper at least, looks like it could be a real game changer. Whether the finished product lives up to its billing, only time will tell.
As of today, you can register to purchase the Saygus V2 smartphone on the Saygus website.
Pre-order registrations will be open until 2am on Friday 30th January (Bangkok time).
Full pricing details and an official release date are expected before the end of this week.
The version of the Saygus V2 smartphone which was launched at CES 2015 looked very impressive, boasting a 5 inch display with 1920×1080 resolution at 445ppi, with 64GB of internal storage and up to 256GB of expandable storage.
There was also a 21MP rear facing camera and a front facing 13MP camera, both of which have image stabilization. Additionally the phone is constructed from aluminium, magnesium and kevlar and is also fully waterproof.
So far there has been no definitive information on price apart from the company saying it will be in the region of $600. Saygus has said the V2 will be available globally so you can expect to see it in Thailand in near future.
Saygus has announced pre-order of the Saygus V2 smartphone officially been put back until Feb 2 2015. However, if you register from now until Feb 2nd, you will receive a coupon code which will entitle you to purchase the phone for $550.
